Since opening our doors in 1989 we have been a leading manufacturer of custom carrier tape.  We specialize in odd-formed and large parts, with pockets up to 24 mm deep and 200 mm wide.  BPI was founded on the principle of service.  We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and quick turnaround time. 

New tooling samples can be shipped within 48 hours of placing a purchase order.  There is never an extra charge for additional features in the bottom of the pocket; like keying, pedestals or retaining features.  All pockets are designed to meet EIA481 or your own specific standards.  We rarely charge a fee to rework tools even if your part has changed.  Any tool purchased from BPI remains the property of the customer and never becomes an “open tool”.  All tooling is guaranteed to work the way you want it to.

Our tapes are made at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with overnight surface delivery to Mexico.
